2023 ALTERNATE PROVINCIAL ASSOCIATE LITIGATION EXAMINATION
Date: Saturday, July 22, 2023. Students must arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The exam commences at 9:15.

1. Photo Identification must be a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport). Any exceptions will need to be approved by ILCO prior to scheduling your exam.
2. You must bring pens and pencils.
THE ONLY MATERIALS PERMITTED INTO THE LITIGATION EXAM ARE: The Ontario Superior Court Practice, Ontario Civil Practice and Forms, or Ontario Annual Practice and Forms (any version of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and related forms is permitted). Tabbing of the text and minor notes in the text are also permitted. All other notes, textbooks or supplementary materials are not permitted. No photocopies of any sort are allowed.
