The course will provide an overview of Securities law and focus on practical considerations and practice points. While the course will emphasize corporate finance transactions, topics covered will also include continuous disclosure documents, M&A transactions, corporate governance, and insider reporting obligations. This course is best suited for Securities law clerks with at least 2 years of experience.
The course runs for 10 weeks, followed by a review class and exam on November 27th. Webcast is available for this course; however, as with all Fellowship courses, the exam must be written at the ILCO Education Centre.

The refund policy is set out on the individual registration form. Each event will have a date beyond which refunds will not be honoured.
