2023 ALTERNATE Provincial Associate Corporate Exam - IN PERSON ILCO OFFICE
Students must arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. The exam commences at 9:15.
Photo Identification must be a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport). Any exceptions
will need to be approved by ILCO prior to scheduling your exam. You must bring pens and pencils and the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.
This examination is closed book and is scheduled for two and one half (2 ½) hours. The exam is worth 100 marks. The exam will consist of multiple choice, true/false or matching questions as well as a variety of short answer questions, brief case scenarios and/or calculations. A simple calculator is permitted. Cell phones may not be used as calculators.
