The new Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (“ONCA”) has finally been proclaimed into law (October 19, 2021). This has now started a three-year transition period for all existing Ontario not-for-profit/charitable corporations, with much to learn and consider in moving forward. This webinar, “The ONCA: Overview of Key Provisions and Practical Tips”, will assist law clerks with this learning process by covering the key topics that they will need to know about the ONCA, together with practical tips. This will enable them to be able to assist their clients in completing smooth ONCA transitions. The webinar will also include select Q&As as time permits.
