Everyday Ethics for Law Clerks

This three-hour workshop focuses on applying ethics in one’s daily activities. Through interaction, participants will be guided through an ethical decision-making framework and review of professional conduct consistent with the Law Society of Ontario - Rules of Professional Conduct and ILCO Code of Ethics, related to the work of a law clerk.

Learning Outcomes:

1.  Review ethical perspectives used in everyday activities;

2.  Examine an ethical decision-making framework for everyday application;

3.  Explore relevant ethical rules and codes significant to the role of a law clerk.
