The opportunity
We are seeking a senior legal/executive assistant to assist our managing partner and our firm director. If you are passionate, self-motivated, and organized, this opportunity is for you.
Key accountabilities:
In this role, you will be supporting our managing partner (Lauren Bernardi) and our firm director (Elisabeth Folk) by:
- assisting with Lauren’s employment law practice (liaising with clients, calendar management, document preparation, and file management)
- coordinating the firm’s investigation practice including tracking intakes and status reports on ongoing investigations
- assisting with the administration of overall firm operations.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role you will have:
- at least 8-10 years’ experience as a senior legal/executive assistant to a managing partner or c-suite executive
- a university degree or college diploma or equivalent education
- excellent communication and document management skills
- strong technology skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- working knowledge of PCLaw and Worldox would be an asset.
