The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:
 • A diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program
 • Will have 2 - 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Clerk role, within a legal environment
 • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
 • Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
 • Ability to take initiative and work under pressure with minimal supervision
 • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs
 • Must be proficient in ESC Corporate Services and Ministry/Government search and      registration platforms
 • A willingness to develop and grow into more sophisticated corporate matters
 • Be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a group setting
