Your opportunity
This is your opportunity to contribute to our mission of transforming workplaces. The role includes:
- assisting with workplace investigations including drafting summaries of allegations, interview questions and reports, and meeting with parties to review their statements
- conducting investigations as required
- assisting with our employment law practice including preparing litigation documents, assisting with wrongful dismissal claims and representing plaintiffs
This is a full-time hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
What it takes to do the job
This role requires:
- a paralegal designation and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- 3-5 years’ experience as a paralegal (experience with workplace investigations and employment law would be an asset)
- proficiency in MS Office and PC Law
