Subdivision/Condominium Law Clerk

We are a busy and growing boutique law firm located in Vaughan with an opening for a Real Estate Law Clerk to handle Subdivision and/or Condominium closings.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law. We offer a competitive salary, training and an incredible opportunity to grow and excel within the department. Our work environment is very friendly and casual and working as a ‘team’ is our firm’s motto.

Qualifications:

strong organizational skills, ability to multi task, ability to work independently and in a group environment when necessary
ability to correspond with developer clients, construction lenders and purchasers’ solicitors independently
ability to prepare statement of adjustments, closing documents and to administer closing proceeds following the completion of each respective sale transaction, including ensuring that all outstanding charges have been discharged following closing
Experience with Lawyer Done Deal, PC Law, Teraview and knowledge of excel is ideal
