Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- - Greet all visitors to the firm and announce to appropriate firm member(s)
- - Answer and transfer all incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
- - Coordinate scheduling of boardrooms, catering and technology requirements with respective administrative departments
- - Provide general administrative support for various firm events and initiatives
- - Liaise with building management to address various facilities and security items such as heating and HVAC, maintenance and service requests, pass card setup, and office safety
- - Maintain reception area
- - Various other admin duties as required.
Qualifications:
- - 1+ years' relevant experience working in a similar role (law firm experience an asset)
- - Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written
- - Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- - Professional
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
